Vinodkumar Siremal Kothari

Vinodkumar Siremal Kothari serves as the Chief Financial Officer at LifeCell. A finance and management professional, Vinodkumar comes with more than 20 years of extensive experience across pharmaceuticals, wind energy, electrical components and financial consultancy sectors. He has been instrumental in driving growth perspectives from boardroom to strategic deployment, identifying appropriate enabling government policies that suit the business needs viz. fiscal incentives, various subsidies and operational incentives to derive value through precise execution. Prior to LifeCell, he has held the position of CFO at Leitwind Shriram Manufacturing Limited and Saravana Global Energy Limited. He has also served as the Vice President with Shasun Pharmaceuticals Limited.

With a passion to mentor young MBA students, he is actively involved at the Indo German chamber of commerce as a visiting faculty. Vinodkumar holds a Bachelors in Commerce from the University of Madras and is a certified chartered accountant and company secretary.
