Mayur Abhaya is the Managing Director of LifeCell. As a result of his expertise in the field of Intellectual Property Rights, Licensing, new product development and his successful stint at Shasun Chemicals, Mayur Abhaya successfully onboarded the role of the Managing Director of LifeCell to take charge of the company. Today, due to the ingenious insight & direction provided by him, LifeCell has burgeoned into India’s leading research-driven multifaceted organization, centred around Human Cells, Tissues, and Genes.

With experience across R&D and Biopharma, Ishaan Khanna joined LifeCell when it was initiating the expansion of its business beyond stem cell banking. Under his leadership, LifeCell launched RightStart Newborn Screening, the first test under its diagnostics portfolio, in 2012. Since then, as the CEO of the Biobanking & Diagnostics Divisions, Ishaan has played a crucial role in the growth story of LifeCell as it diversified its services and expanded its innovation footprint.
