What security features does the SpermScore collection kit have?
The collection kit has been designed and dispatched with 3 layers of protection to ensure the safety and security of your semen sample. This is because the sample will be handled by multiple personnel and travels through various geographies during transit.
- The collection kit comes with an external carton box wrapped in a tamper-proof outer cover. The outer cover doesn't display any information about the service, ensuring your privacy when using it.
- As a third layer, the sperm collection kit is placed inside a steel shipping container to protect against external impacts and serves as an additional temperature maintenance layer.
If the kit is damaged externally upon receipt or any contents are missing, what should I do?
The safety & security features will ensure that your collection kit is carefully handled and transported both ways. However, if you notice any tampering or damage to the outer cover or carton upon receipt, you should carefully inspect the contents inside. If any contents are missing or damaged, kindly contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the kit. Make sure you also share relevant photographs so that we can assess the extent of damage (if any). Based on our assessment, we will arrange to send you a replacement kit or missing contents.
How long can I retain the kit prior to collection?
We recommend you collect your sample in the morning and ship it back to us the same day. In case you expect a delay in dispatch, be make sure to store the coolant canister in the refrigerator.
