Dr Dipti Bichile serves as the Laboratory Head at LifeCell and has been instrumental in setting up and handling operations at Pune and Bangalore's facility. With over 9 years of experience in the field of medical genetics, she is a technical expert at prenatal screening and cytogenetics and is very well equipped with the recent techniques and technology in the evolving field of genetic testing. Prior to her stint at LifeCell, Dr Dipti had started her own state-of-the-art, super-speciality diagnostics laboratory and genetic counselling facility. She has also been a recipient of the "Excellence in Genetics" from the Indian Health Professional Awards.

She completed her PhD in male infertility from MGM University of health sciences
