Dr Chirayu Padhiar

As Senior Medical Director at LifeCell, Dr Chirayu Padhiar manages a team of well-trained pathologists, biochemists, scientists, and biotechnologists. To his credit, Dr Chirayu has established protocols that ensure cost-effective cord blood processing as well as high recovery of stem cells at LifeCell. He has also been instrumental in the development and commercialisation of a gamut of products for the Biologics and Diagnostics division. Dr Chirayu has been actively driving various research initiatives at the company including the ongoing clinical trials and product safety & efficacy studies. With experience of over 20 years, Dr Chirayu brings expertise in quality, regulatory affairs, operations, project and strategy management. Prior to LifeCell, he has held leadership roles in healthcare settings and organisations.

A trained clinician, Dr Chirayu completed his MBBS and PG Diploma in Clinical Pathology from Baroda Medical College.
